In case you’re wondering who we are and why we’re doing this here’s the story:
My name is Bryan and a few years back (OK, more than a few years back) during Desert Shield and Desert Storm, I served in the U.S. Navy on board the USS Dahlgren DDG-43 as an IC3. During my time I spent almost a year in the Persian Gulf plus my share of time in the Med, the Atlantic, the Baltic and Arctic oceans. I did my 4 years and just like many others, when my time was up I walked down that brow one last time without looking back.
It wasn’t long before I regretted not getting better contact information from some of the best friends I ever had. I spent endless hours on the internet looking for my pals but I never found a place that had any information that helped me find my friends. I decided that I would build the greatest web site ever for reuniting people who served together. I soon realized that I didn’t have the experience to build such a site so I put the project on hold.
Fast forward three years and I found some friends that possessed the abilities to get the site rolling, and now we’re making it happen. We’ve committed to spending the necessary time building a site that will be easy to use and hopefully visited by thousands of people like you. The more people that register, the more reunions there will be.
